What binds you once you register, and what happens if a game fails

When you tick the box on the sign-up form and press Sign Up, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the bonus rules, and the agreement is binding from that moment. If you do not accept any part of them, do not register, and stop playing if you already have an account.

A game can fail for reasons outside our control, such as a dropped connection, a server fault or a provider outage. If a round is interrupted, we check the result against the game provider’s record, and a round that did not complete correctly is voided with the stake returned to your balance. The random number generator behind our games is certified by Gaming Laboratories International, and a result produced by a clearly faulty game is cancelled, including any win that came from the fault.

What happens when we verify, review or restrict your account

We verify your identity before your first withdrawal. For crypto withdrawals we ask for a passport or an Australian driver’s licence as a colour photo, plus a selfie, and the check takes 12 hours from the moment we receive the documents. For Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer withdrawals we also ask for a proof of address under 3 months old, such as a utility bill or a bank statement, and your bank details (BSB and account number), and that check takes 24 hours.

Some conduct is not allowed: opening more than one account, using a payment method that is not in your own name, agreeing bets with other players to take money from a table, using bots or other automation, and abusing bonuses by splitting deposits or playing against the wagering rules. We may close the account, cancel the winnings tied to the breach and keep the balance until the review ends.

The website is operated under Anjouan licence ALSI-152312007-FI3, and these terms are read under the laws that apply to that licence. A dispute is first handled through [email protected], and a court or authority in Anjouan has jurisdiction over any claim that we cannot settle with you directly.

What happens to a bonus once you activate it

Bonuses are for players aged 18+, and each one has to be activated before you bet with the matching deposit. The welcome pack gives 300% over your first three deposits, with +125% on the first, +75% on the second and +100% on the third, up to $2,400 in total, and each deposit must reach $30.

A x30 wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, and your real balance is wagered before the bonus balance. All games count and none is excluded. While a bonus is active, the minimum bet is $0.15 and the maximum bet is $15, and a bet above that can void the bonus and its winnings. Each bonus is valid for 7 days after activation, and the maximum cash-out is $2,400.

Saturday Boost and Sunday Power add +50% up to $480 with a deposit of at least $50 and a x30 requirement. Weekend Cashback returns 10% of weekend deposits up to $800 with a deposit of at least $80 and a x3 requirement. The promo code PANDI300 is entered once, at registration or in the Redeem Promo Code box.

What happens to your money going in and out

Deposits are made in Australian dollars, and the account currency is AUD. Every method you deposit with must be registered in your own name, so corporate accounts are not accepted. A shared account works only if you are one of its holders.

Crypto withdrawals are approved from Monday to Friday between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. AEDT, after verification. Withdrawals are capped at $8,000 a day, $24,000 a week and $80,000 a month, and the daily cap rises with your Tier level up to $32,000. We charge $0 in withdrawal fees, although your bank, payment provider or the blockchain network may charge their own.

Where our responsibility ends

We are not liable for losses that come from your own decisions to play, from a bank or payment provider delaying a transfer, from a blockchain network fee, or from a connection or device fault on your side. We are also not liable for losses that follow from sharing your password or a one-time code with someone else.

Our liability for a proven error on our side is limited to the amount of the affected stakes and the winnings that were rightly due. We do not accept liability for indirect losses, such as lost income or missed opportunities, and nothing in these terms limits a right that the law of your own jurisdiction does not allow us to limit.

Who may hold an account

You must be at least 18 years old, and each player holds one account. You confirm your age at registration, and we check it with your documents before your first withdrawal. A person under 18 who opens an account has the winnings cancelled and the account closed.

PandiBet does not hold an Australian licence. The Anjouan licence ALSI-152312007-FI3 does not authorise gambling services in Australia, so it is your responsibility to check that taking part is lawful where you live before you register, deposit or play.

What happens when these terms change

We may revise these terms, for example when we add a payment method, change a limit or update a bonus. The revision date at the top of the page changes with each update, and we apply the new version from the moment it is published.

If a change affects a bonus you have already activated, the earlier conditions stay in place until that bonus is completed or expires. When you keep playing after a revision, you accept the current version, and if you disagree with it, you can close your account by writing to [email protected].
